Truffle hunts on a Sunday followed by brunch
The hunt commences at 9am for about 2 hours. You will dicover the mysteries of truffle and be able to forage for truffles with our experienced truffle-hunting dogs. Once the truffles are found you will have the opportunities to check if they are ripe and if so harvest the truffles with your own hands.

A truffle-inspired brunch prepared by a talented chef, enjoyed in a dining room overlooking the Red Hill hinterland is like a long-awaited holiday. The hunt begins with amazing truffle stories before guests are escorted into the truffiere to uncover the well concealed fungi. The hunting adventure concludes at nearby Max’s Restaurant for a truffle brunch with truffle rarebit and shared tasting plate of truffle products including truffle honey, truffle butter, truffle, mushroom paste, truffle salt with Max’s house baked bread tea/coffee or a glass prosecco.
