Cancellation Policy: You are welcome to cancel your hunt up to 3 days prior to your scheduled hunt time, and you will receive a full refund of your booking.
Cancellation within 72 hours of the hunt time will result in full forfeiture unless the reason is for COVID-19.
For private hunts and corporate bookings to cancel the hunt requires 30 days prior notice. This is to allow us sufficient lead time to sell that event to another party or open it up to public bookings.
Change of Date Policy: Red Hill Truffles will try to honour change of date requests that are made with at least 3 days’ notice. This is not possible for all bookings and is always subject to availability. Our hunts are usually fully booked weeks before the event. Change of date requests that are made with less than 3 days’ notice will have lower priority to reschedule, priority will be given to those that have given longer notice.
Late Arrival policy: If you arrive more than 30 minutes after the scheduled start time for the hunt or after the after the group has left for the hunt (whichever is the least) then you will not be able to join the hunt and you will forfeit the full amount if we can’t allocate you for another hunt session. This is particularly relevant in summer as the traffic coming to the Mornington Peninsula is often very heavy. We recommend that day visitors to the peninsula allow plenty of time for travel.
Refund Policy: If Red Hill Truffles should cancel an event for whatever reason then you will receive a full refund, except for the credit card transaction fee (2.5%).
