We are genuine, honest and transparent. We provide customers with a true experience in hunting for truffles. Hunts are not simulated except when out of season and that is fully explained to customer. We do not add artifical or synthetic truffle aroma to our dishes or products.

SUSTAINABLE

We plan for the careful use of natural resources in order to prevent depletion, soil degeneration, prevent pollution and to do no harm to the environment. We strive to reduce energy consumption, waste generation, our dependence on fossil fuels and production of greenhouse gases. We provide leadership on food, agriculture, natural resources, rural development, nutrition, and related issues based on public policy, the best available science, and effective management.

RESPECTFUL

We respect the people we employ and the community we serve. We support the Voice and Treaty as an acknowledgement and respect for the local traditional owners of the land, the Boon Wurrung / Bunurong people of the Kulin Nation.
