FRESH TRUFFLE
Red Hill Truffles have a distinctive aroma and taste reflective of the Peninsula’s unique climate and rich soil. In Particular, Red Hill’s volcanic soil gives truffles a unique terroir. Fresh truffles is available for most of the year. Winter truffle from May to August; Spring truffle August to September, Summer truffle from November to February and Autumn truffle from February to March.
TRUFFLE BUTTER
Delicious truffle butter starts with premium grass-fed butter blended with ripe truffles for a rich umami flavour.
Truffle Butter is fantastically versatile. Use it with eggs, potatoes, bread, baguettes, cheese, toast, on steak, or tossed through pasta. Ingredients: creamed Gippsland salted butter and shaved Red Hill Truffle. No imitation truffle aroma added.
TRUFFLE SALT
A luxurious blend of premium sea salt and truffle, instantly transforms food into a gourmet experience.
Truffle salt has a mellow but pervasive flavor to add a whole new taste sensation to chips, potatoes, vegetables, meat and even popcorn. Ingredients: sea salt and Red Hill Truffle. No artificial truffle aroma added.
TRUFFLE MUSHROOM PASTE
A blend of Peninsula mushrooms and premium black truffles creates the aromatic flavours of the forest.
The full truffle and mushroom flavors blend perfectly to work as a pate, on bruschetta, with pizza, or added to a favourite pasta. Ingredients: oyster mushrooms, red wine mushrooms, Red Hill Truffle, garlic, parsley, shallots, olives, anchovy, breadcrumbs, salt & pepper. No artificial truffle aroma added.
