Begin your truffle experience with the Mornington Peninsula’s first truffle producer, Jenny McAuley, at Red Hill Truffles for a unique foraging experience.

Following the hunt, wander down to The Cambium, where seasonal canapés await by the firepit beneath the stars, accompanied by a glass of sparkling. Then, step into The Private Dining Room, set beside the grand stone fireplace, for a truffle-infused three-course dinner. The menu, curated by highly credentials chefs Teresa Oates and Carolina D’Angelo, is thoughtfully paired with handcrafted local wines.
