Hunt & harvest your own truffles then learn the culinary art of cooking with truffles. Limited to 10 participants.

Join us for a three hour interactive how to experience. Learn how the truffles are cultivated at RHT, how to find and unearth these underground treasures with Jenny McAuley and her truffle dog Maddie, then how to care and prepare them to enjoy eating at home with local foodie, Fiona Hammond. Fiona will demonstrate approachable and delicious dishes to create/prepare at home. She’ll share tips along the way to make the most of the unique truffle aroma, enhancing the flavour married/combined with the simplest of ingredients. This event will be run on Thursday in winter or by negotiation at other times.
